Residents Encouraged to Participate in Storm Water Survey

The City of Streetsboro is encouraging residents to participate in a survey to help assess the level of awareness residents have with regard to common household activities and their potential impact on our local water resources. Answers provided will serve as a tool to develop state-mandated, water quality, educational materials for target audiences, and will also help us determine the most effective way to deliver our educational messages. As time progresses, the survey will serve a second purpose: evaluating our educational programs and allowing us to revamp them as needed.

There are two methods by which residents can access the survey: paper copies and an on-line version. Paper copies are available to be picked up at the City of Streetsboro Municipal Building in the Engineering Department, or contact us at (330) 626-4942, ext. 135 to request a mailed copy. Completed surveys, which take approximately five minutes to fill out, can be submitted by mailing them to: City of Streetsboro Engineering Dept., ATTN: Amy Flake, 9184 State Route 43, Streetsboro, OH 44241.

We encourage you to fill out the survey at your earliest convenience. It is also requested that only one survey per household be completed and that only those that are at least 18 years of age participate.

Thank you for taking the time to assist the City of Streetsboro with this effort; your participation is greatly appreciated. Results of the survey will be made public once we have received enough responses to create a meaningful educational program.
