CDC Re-Opening Flow Chart

The Human Resources Department supports the day-to-day operations of the City, including staffing, administration of benefits, HR policies, procedures, programs, human resource information system (HRIS), and employee relations. Counsel and provide guidance to employees on matters related to work/employment issues and guide understanding of benefit programs to ensure informed choices through regular communication and counseling.
Act as liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefit related problems, promoting effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations, as well as fostering effective relations with benefit providers. Ensure that HR activities, policies, and programs meet legal requirements.
