Message from the Chief
The men and women of the Streetsboro Police Department welcome you to our website. Our Officers and Dispatchers are professionals who take pride in their community, the service that they provide, and the profession that they have chosen to embrace. We believe that the components of professional law enforcement include the enforcement of law, protection of life and property and public service. It is also our opinion that it is vital to keep open lines of communication with our community, and hope to do so through this website, as well as other venues, such as our department's active social media presence where we share news and information concerning your police department. We welcome and encourage your feedback.
We believe that the problems of crime cannot be solved in a vacuum by police alone. Instead, law enforcement and the community must partner together to address issues and help to keep our community safe. Help us to help you by being our "eyes and ears," and do not hesitate to notify us of anything you believe is suspicious.
